Our Process
01Step 01
Start with the basics. How many guests are coming, what's the occasion, and what kind of crowd are you hosting. Family, work mates, or friends. That's all we need to suggest the right yacht size and BBQ format.

02Step 02
Choose from four formats. Raw BBQ Box for a casual hands-on crowd, Live Station for chef-grilled-to-order, Premium Yacht Dining for a refined seated meal, or our One Stop Package that bundles everything. Your planner walks you through each.

03Step 03
Want kayaks, snorkelling, or jet-ski add-ons before the BBQ kicks off? Tell your planner and they'll fold the activity into your itinerary. Skip if you'd rather stay onboard, eat, and relax.

Your crew is briefed, the grill is ready, and we're on call if anything comes up before or during the day. The only thing left is to step aboard, grab a plate, and enjoy.

Still Curious
Planning a yacht BBQ comes with a few unknowns. If you are unsure about yacht selection, BBQ format, or how the day flows, talk to us at Yacht Maison.
We will walk you through the date, guest count, BBQ style, and vessel options, so the only thing left for you to do is grab a plate.
We only recommend yachts we would board ourselves, and we only work with crews who share our commitment to excellence. Your gathering deserves nothing less.
Start with the basics: how many guests, what's the occasion, and what kind of crowd are you hosting (family, work mates, friends). From there, we propose yacht size and one of four BBQ formats: Raw BBQ Box (DIY hands-on), Live Station (chef-grilled to order), Premium Yacht Dining (refined seated meal), or our One Stop Package (everything bundled).
Lock the yacht, BBQ style, and date with your planner, and we coordinate the crew, chef team, and final itinerary before the day.
We strictly follow marine rules and the yacht team's safety guidelines. If the captain deems the weather unsuitable for sailing on the day, we will host the BBQ on the dock instead, with the same yacht, the same crew, and the same menu.
This rarely happens. For BBQ events we recommend booking a yacht with a covered aft deck so the grill setup stays usable even in light rain.
Yacht BBQ pricing has two parts: the yacht (4 hour charter starting around $980 for smaller yachts, $1,396 for EagleWings 2, $2,058 for Ms Eternity 1, $2,942 for Saint Vincent) and the BBQ package. Our BBQ tiers go from Raw BBQ Box (most economical, DIY hands-on, around $500 to $900 for 10 to 15 pax) to Live Station chef-grilled (around $1,500 to $2,500 for 20 pax) to Premium Yacht Dining (chef-led, $3,500 plus for refined seated meals).
For a typical 15-guest BBQ on a mid-tier yacht with Live Station service, plan around $3,500 to $5,000 total. Tell us your guest count and format preference for a precise quote.
Four formats, depending on the vibe you want. Raw BBQ Box is the most casual: marinated meats and seafood delivered ready to grill, your crew assists if needed. Live Station is chef-grilled to order with a dedicated cook on deck. Premium Yacht Dining is chef-led plated service, the BBQ side of fine dining. One Stop Package bundles yacht, BBQ, drinks, and add-ons in a single quote.
The right format depends on whether you want hands-on fun, a relaxed group meal, or a more refined seated experience. Your planner will recommend based on the crowd and occasion.
Our BBQ packages are sourced through an F&B wholesale group, which means premium cuts (ribeye, lamb chops, prawn skewers), fresh seafood, and crisp vegetables, deep-marinated in authentic spices. We don't pad packages with sausages-without-meat or imitation seafood, so what you taste is what you ordered.
Standard inclusions: marinated meats and seafood across multiple categories, sides (corn, vegetables, salad), sauces, plates and utensils, and grilling equipment. The crew sets up, lights the grill, and clears down. You eat.
Our crew or dedicated chef handles the grill, depending on the format you choose. Yacht insurance and safety regulations require trained crew to operate the BBQ pit (open flame on a moving vessel needs proper handling). Guests are welcome to gather around, choose preferred doneness, and chat with the cook, but the actual flame work stays with the trained operator.
For Raw BBQ Box (DIY hands-on), the crew supervises while guests help with non-flame prep. For Live Station and Premium, a dedicated chef runs the deck.
