Planning a corporate event on the water comes with a few unknowns. If you are unsure about yacht selection, AV setup, or how to align the rundown, talk to us at Yacht Maison.
We will walk you through the date, guest count, menu, and vessel options, so the only thing left for you to do is host your guests.
We only recommend yachts we would board ourselves, and we only work with crews who share our commitment to excellence. Your event deserves nothing less.
Send us your event date, guest count, and event objective (team bonding, client hosting, year-end celebration, product launch). Based on the brief, we propose 2 to 3 yachts that fit the headcount and the tone, plus two dining directions: chef-led Live Station or Crew Assisted Catering.
From there, our corporate event specialist coordinates decor, AV, branding, dietary requirements, and the rundown. Logistics, decor, menus, and service all come under one roof. No juggling vendors.
We strictly follow marine rules and the yacht team's safety guidelines. If the captain deems the weather unsuitable for sailing on the day, we will host the event on the dock instead, with the same yacht, the same crew, and the same menu.
This rarely happens. For corporate events we recommend booking a yacht with a spacious indoor saloon as a built-in plan B, so the agenda can still run smoothly indoors if needed.
It depends on yacht size, guest count, and the dining direction. For a Corporate Event with Live Station Chef Service for 30 guests, plan around $4,000 to $5,000 for a mid-to-large yacht (4 hour charter) plus $3,500 to $5,000 for the dining package. Budget approximately $7,500 to $10,000 for a 30-guest experience.
For a larger team appreciation event (40 to 50 pax) on a super yacht like Leviathan 8 or EagleWings 3, the yacht alone is $5,000 to $9,000 depending on date and duration, with chef-led dining scaling accordingly. We provide a detailed quotation once we have your final guest count and dining direction.
Our preferred corporate fleet ranges from 35 pax (Ms Eternity II catamaran) to 55 pax (Leviathan 8 super yacht). For intimate executive dinners (8 to 15 pax) we recommend smaller catamarans. For department or company-wide events, the 50 to 55 pax super yachts give your guests breathing room across deck, saloon, and upper-deck zones.
If your headcount exceeds 55, we can book a second yacht in parallel and coordinate the cruise route so both vessels sail and dock together. Tell your planner if this applies and we will plan the logistics.
Yes. Common corporate setups include branded signage at the gangway, AV with wireless mic and a deck-mounted screen for short presentations or videos, custom table settings with company colors, branded welcome canapes, and a curated arrival cocktail. Our in-house stylists handle decor and our operations team coordinates AV rental and setup.
If you need translation services, an emcee, live entertainment, or a specific brand activation (e.g. a tasting station tied to your product), tell us early so we can scope and quote.
Yes. We issue properly formatted invoices that match your procurement team's requirements (vendor onboarding forms, GST line items, PO references). Payment can be made via corporate bank transfer or credit card.
