Every yacht in our dining fleet has a full galley equipped for chef-led service. Live cooking, plating table-side, hot multi-course menus. No compromises versus shore-based fine dining.
Open dining decks built for seated tasting menus, family-style sharing, or standing canape formats. Climate-considered seating, generous spacing, and skyline views from every chair.
Our in-house service team is F&B-trained. Founder Wilbur started in hospitality at 18, and that DNA runs through every member. They plate, pour, and pre-empt the way private dining should be.
Ingredients sourced directly from F&B wholesale. Premium meats, fresh seafood, fine wines, all without distributor mark-ups. The same supply chain serving Singapore's finest hotels.

Our Process
01Step 01
Tell us about the dining experience you have in mind. The occasion, the kind of menu you'd love, and roughly how many guests will be at the table. No yacht knowledge needed. Just tell us what would make the meal special and we'll make it happen.

02Step 02
You'll be paired with a dedicated dining specialist who guides you through every stage. They explore your preferences, curate an initial selection of yachts and chef-led menus, and refine the choices based on your feedback. Years of firsthand experience means you're in safe hands.

03Step 03
Your planner shares a curated selection. From yacht options to chef-led menus, wine pairings, and table styling. Tell them what feels right, what feels off, and any dietary preferences. They'll adjust until the meal feels like yours, not just the best available option.

04Step 04
Once you've chosen your yacht and menu, we handle the details. Our operations team coordinates with the chef and crew, prepares the table setting, and ensures everything is ready before you arrive.

05Step 05
Your chef is briefed, your menu is set, and we're on call if anything comes up before or during the meal. The only thing left is to step aboard, take your seat, and enjoy course by course.

Still Curious
Planning a dining experience on the water comes with a few unknowns. If you are unsure about yacht selection, chef options, or how the menu comes together, talk to us at Yacht Maison.
We will walk you through the date, guest count, menu, and vessel options, so the only thing left for you to do is take your seat.
We only recommend yachts we would board ourselves, and we only work with crews who share our commitment to excellence. Your meal deserves nothing less.
Tell us your event date, guest count, and the kind of meal you're picturing (intimate tasting menu, group seafood feast, or chef-led live station). This helps us recommend yachts that fit the format and propose two dining directions for you to choose between.
Our dining specialist then refines menu, wine pairing, table styling, and any dietary requirements. The chef briefs in for the day, and you arrive to find everything set.
We strictly follow marine rules and the yacht team's safety guidelines. If the captain deems the weather unsuitable for sailing on the day, we will host the dining event on the dock instead, with the same yacht, the same chef, and the same menu.
This rarely happens. For dining events we recommend booking a yacht with a spacious indoor saloon and a proper dining area so the experience flows the same whether you sail or stay docked.
It depends on yacht size and dining direction. For Yacht Dining with a Private Chef for 10 guests, plan around $2,000 to $3,000 for a mid-tier yacht (4 hour charter) plus $2,500 for the chef-led dining package (food and chef, yacht charter not included). Plan for $4,500 to $6,500 total for a 10-guest experience.
For a DIY or Crew Assisted dining event for 10 guests, you can consider a budget yacht between $1,000 and $1,700 for a 4 hour rental, with a catering menu ranging from $500 to $1,500 depending on your preferences. These are approximate figures. Actual cost depends on your specific requirements.
Not every yacht has a galley equipped for chef-led live-station service. For chef-led dining, we recommend yachts with a full galley and a deck-mounted prep station (Saint Vincent, Leviathan 8, EagleWings 3, Ms Eternity II). These vessels let our chef plate courses fresh and serve at proper restaurant temperature.
For DIY or Crew Assisted catering (where food is prepared off-yacht and served onboard), most of our fleet works. Tell your dining specialist which format you want and we will match the yacht to the menu, not the other way around.
Yes. Every chef-led menu can be adapted for halal, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies (nuts, shellfish, eggs), and any other specific dietary requirements. Tell your planner the full guest list with restrictions noted, and the chef builds individual plates where needed so no guest is served something they cannot eat.
For mixed dietary groups we can also do a separate "alternative dish" track at each course so the meal still feels like one curated experience, not split tracks.
Drinks yes, food generally no. We are a chef-led dining operator, so most guests book our menu rather than bring their own. If you want a specific bottle of wine, champagne, or whisky for a toast, bring it. Corkage is included on most yachts.
One important rule: red wine is not permitted on most yachts in Singapore due to the high risk of staining teak decking and upholstery. This is industry-wide, not specific to us. Stick to white, rose, sparkling, or spirits. If you must serve red, tell us at booking and we will check the yacht's policy.
